1. Scope of Application
This refund and return policy applies to all DIY product orders on this independent website and shall be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
2. Return Eligibility
Returned products must be unused and free from man-made damage. We reserve the right to reject returns of damaged or incomplete goods.
3. Return Address
All returned goods must be sent to: Room 1206, Unit 2, Building 7, Chenmendou Community, Licheng District, Putian City, Fujian Province, China. Please write your order number clearly on the outside of the package.
4. Refund Timeframe
We will process your refund within 3 business days after we receive and inspect your returned goods and confirm they meet return requirements. The arrival of funds depends on your payment service provider.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for goods damaged by improper use, man-made destruction or missing accessories. Custom products cannot be returned unless the problem is caused by our quality defect.
6. Applicable Law
This policy shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
